You're My Special Friend

You've always been a special friend
You have helped make things right.
You've always been there, day or night.
We've cried together and laughed, too.
Through thick or thin
That's what makes a special friend.


You listen to me, laughed with me
You make me proud to call you "friend."
You've shared my heartaches and disappointments
And stood by me, until the end
You're a very important part of my life
Thank you for being my guiding light!
