MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT 1: TV T-Shirts
How would you like to watch television on a T-shirt? This advanced idea has come to life with the help of a San Francisco marketer who has created a T-shirt where an actual 11-inch flat screen TV and four hidden speakers are mounted on the garment.
The T-shirts are currently used to advertise for various companies and haven’t been distributed in large amounts. To promote the new movie, “I, Robot,” starring Will Smith, Brand Marketers is sending models, who are wearing the new Adver-Wear shirts, to theaters, malls and other populated places. The trailer for the sci-fi movie will be playing on the shirts while the models walk around.
The hi-tech shirts weigh approximately 6 ½ pounds and cost a whopping $1,000. Although the technological tops aren’t for sale, they will show the advertisements to lots of people. The T-shirts are only being revealed in the Southern California region for now. Maybe as technology increases, there will be screens on baseball hats or on the pocket of your favorite pants.
