SPORTS ZONE 2: Sports Club for Moms

Sports moms across the nation now have the opportunity to start or join a free Sports Mom Club in their area. Founder and President, Paula Schmitt, has launched The All Sports Mom Organization, a support group and social club for sports moms whose child or children play sports 24/7.

Schmitt, who is the mother of four boys and one daughter, knows what it’s like to be a sports mom day and night. When asked who can join the organization, Schmitt perks up and says, “Any mom who feels they would like to meet other sports moms and gain information and support from other moms that are in the same boat are welcome to join us.”

Schmitt recently had her parenting book, “Living in a Locker Room: A Mom’s Tale of Survival in a Houseful of Boys,” published (Wyatt - MacKenzie Publishing, Inc.). From the title of her book, one can understand why this mom has created this fun and entertaining organization.

"After all these years of being a sports mom and taxiing my children basically seven days a week to their sports games and practices, I felt something needed to be done," says Schmitt. She believed sports moms needed something entertaining that would help them meet other sports moms and make new friendships. So she created The All Sports Mom Organization.

Paula Schmitt is the Founder/CEO of Mom Writer’s Productions, LLC, Founder and Editor of The Mom Writer’s Literary magazine, the author of “Living in a Locker Room: A Mom’s Tale of Survival in a Houseful of Boys,” (Wyatt-Mackenzie) and the upcoming Host and Executive Producer of The Mom Writers Talk Radio show.
